Startup Program Terms

These terms govern your use of the Dowell Startups application and qualification process.
1. Program Positioning
Dowell Startups provides mentoring, technical delivery support, and opportunity-based investment-readiness guidance for selected applicants.
2. No Funding Guarantee
Any reference to investment support is informational. It does not represent an offer, solicitation, promise, or guarantee of funding.
3. Eligibility and Screening
Applications are screened for strategic and legal fit. We may decline or discontinue discussions at our discretion, including projects related to gambling or unlawful activities.
4. Confidentiality
Initial application submission does not create a full advisory relationship. Additional confidentiality terms may be executed before deeper diligence.
5. Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation
Program information is provided "as is" and does not constitute legal, tax, or regulated financial advice.
